Brussels native with Vietnamese origins, it is in order to offer a cuisine at the crossroads of these two identities that Tan designed the concept of Iki Salads.
Passionate about travel and curious about cultural exchanges, Tan values moments of meeting and sharing around a delicious meal. Thus, in 2018, he launches and develops "Iki Salads", a neo-cantine offering salads, soups and other dishes sprinkled with an Asian touch.
His goal being to offer a healthy and refined cuisine to those who don't have time to prepare food and those who pay attention to their diet, the dishes he proposes are always as healthy and tasty as they are original!
